Exactly - WITHIN. Folks - I’ve been through many M&As and it’s always an opportunity for the acquiring company to cull their own herd. Blame it on “overall restructuring” but HR has you pegged long before. The best of both & 2.5B of synergies = cutting fat from both companies. I know Celgene is “lean” but yeah... there’s plenty of fat “hiding” in plain sight and there is so much fat at BMS your mind would spin
