True but Ferring has inculcated strong financial growth with outside the box deep thinking corporate strategy yielding returns on investments with ratios congruent with appointments.

To address the last two posts: stay away. No pipeline exists, the window to start this closed a long time ago. It’s a milk strategy that is quickly going down in flames. Look elsewhere because Ferring has no clue how to build a business

Ferring is aggressively pursuing a divestiture of Euflexxa. They have proposed the sale to multiple other companies, to the point where term sheets have been exchanged.

Term sheets may have been exchanged but I seriously doubt we’ll ever see a deal. One thing I have learned is that Ferring buys cheap and sells high. I seriously doubt anyone is going to be willing to pay the exorbitant price they will ask for Euflexxa.
