Was that the biggest joke or what? The ignorant managers that were hired because they were the only people that JL, DR and AA could find that are dumber than they are made idiots of themselves every time they spoke! Especially during the general sessions. OMG.....we are all screwed. 6 months to finish my MBA or I would have quit as soon as my plane landed. Please dear lord let another company that has talented leadership take this horrific company over. These people ran this company into the ground so fast it is unreal. Then DR hand picked all his ladies and put them into roles in Indy and as SD's. They are the worst of the worst. One in particular is an HR nightmare waiting to happen. Completely inappropriate behavior at area and national meetings (hangovers, male reps....everyone knows what I am talking about) and he can't promote her enough. Good luck to everyone.

Unfortunately I know exactly who you are referring to. She was an embarrassment as an AD then her friend took her place and did absolutely NOTHING and was just promoted to DS by DR! Lots of behind the scenes dealing swirls around that man. Is there one person in this company that has even a tiny amount of respect left for him? At least push some women to the top that have SOME talent so that their people will respect them. Oh that's right he couldn't or it would be obvious how little talent he has.

The scary thing is that I think that our leadership actually thought that people were buying into the garbage they were spewing. They are all in so over their heads it isn't even funny. They are rank amateurs being led by rank amateurs. Did you see the zombie like expressions on the reps faces? Reps were barely clapping. No one can believe that we are where we are today. Every time I think it can't get any worse all I have to do is check my VMX or my email. I hope that we get bought out or merge with another company that people still respect. I started job searching as soon as I got home. I actually thought that not getting reallocated was a good thing but now realize that those that left are the lucky ones. This place is horrible.

3. best recruiters
4. entering bets in pools of when the next layoff will be announced

One great thing that is happening is that reps that left the company and found good jobs are starting to recommend some good reps still here for jobs at their new companies. We need to all help each other out as much as we can. I have a third interview next week and if I get the job I know of several great reps that I would refer to my new company in a second.

Well said ! I was reallocated and couldn't be happier finished last two years in top 10% but was laid off! manager wasn't well connected so I and some of my teammates got the boot. One of them laid off finished in the Top 5%. We weren't in the directors circle of ass kissers. The company is a joke and it's only going to get worse cause of the people in high places who are totally incompetent. Get out now before other pharma's have layoffs and yes they are coming.
Look on Monster, Indeed, Careerbuild lots of good company's looking for reps who have good performance records.

Were good people let go during the re-org? For sure but most of the people left are good too. I for one have been pleasantly surprised at how positive the culture in my business unit has been. Happy to be here and hope it only gets better.

Ditto this exactly. The exec beatch eventually granted the biomeds position in our district did just what she had to for several years, and that specifically meant lie on ePMs, lie on ePMs, lie on ePMs, and somehow win over a shitty, company schmuck DM. I am sure she had quality calls and interactions with providers, but the ones I saw first hand were exceptionally horrible. All she said was I did this, and I did that, and I am blah, blah, blah. Dr didn't even look at her.
