Oritavancin territory open

Has the complete sales force for Oritavancin been hired and trained? I got a call from a recruiter about it. I thought the drug was already launched and sales force was hired.

I think were just getting ready two launch it. I would gopher it. Management hear is the tops in the hole industry. Its a grate company.

If you are looking for a company where culture and people matter: this is not the place that you will have develop a fulfilling career.

Those that do have a career here would be hard pressed to call it fulfilling if they prescribe to the same morals and ethics that make the TOP 500 companies to work.

This is not the place for you.

There are some good folks here..don't get me wrong..but if they were in a different type of culture they would be great.

The culture is laced with a sick undercurrent where many will throw anyone under the bus or into a burning fire to deflect feom their own incompetence.

You may have some micro pockets of really good cultures..but u just can't fix a culture that rewards persons that throw people under the bus or into an open flame as if they are nothing more than a piece of gum on their shoe.

Those that have brain are heartless.
And those that have a heart lack a brain.

And a scant few have any courage.

Trust me there are going to be many open territories here including mine. The best advice I can give you is to stay far, far away. Base pay is excellent.NO BONUS. NO DIRECTION. Constant Lay OFFS. IT IS A TOXIC ENVIRONMENT, NO MONEY TO DO CLINICAL STUDIES FOR BROADER INDICATIONS. IN A NUTSHELL IT SUCKS. SO HAPPY I'M OUT OF HERE NEXT WEEK!!!!!

Forget everything regarding culture. A lot is true but as with any company as it grows, culture changes or is diluted over time. And politics is always around in all companies. That being said, I wouldn't recommend taking a job here because it will be a short career. Company is trying to revert back to what it originally started as, a drug development company. No sales force, no marketing department, mostly R&D. Sales forces will eventually be eliminated as soon as they can decide how big a loss they are willing to take to get rid of the remaining drugs.

It's sunny in Florida because you guys are sucking up all the budget money. Who couldn't hit their numbers if you buy your business? It's all about Florida! You guys couldn't sell your way out of a paper bag try selling this shit without a budget.
