Organon

Yes, it's a good contract on the Amplity side--great Director, good managers, great training dept, etc. Organon is disappointing, but all in all its a good contract with a pipeline of products and should last another 5 years. The base is pretty good, $110K-135K, but the bonus is not great, basically capped at $26K. The car allowance is $825/ month, mileage is paid at a variable rate depending on gas prices, but it will cover your gas. Cell phone allowance is $70/month.

yep. This is the gist of it. The problem is that biosimilars are a dead end from a field sales perspective.

Agreed. I wouldn't advise anyone to get into biosimilars unless you are at the end of your career or unless you really need a job, but don't stay too long. It's mind-numbingly boring, too.

The Organon contract is a nightmare!!! Instead of selling drugs you have to sell meetings with the Organon account executives. The office managers don't care about discussing the price/rebate for our products so you have to beg them to do the meeting. We have to put it on the Organon rep's calendar, sent the TEAMS invitation and pray that the office manager follows through or we don't get credit. Everyone I know on this contract is miserable and looking for another job. Plus, we're about to launch another biosimilar where there will be 8 or 9 others. It's sure to be a shit show. Don't take this job unless you're desperate.
