Organon-who is going there?

Translating newspeak - Leaders colluded to cut deadwood and costs to export them to a new entity. Outcast people to dying products with margins which will shrivel up. Same subjective criteria as in year end review process was always consistently applied. The process ensures companies are not exposed to litigation.

Sandy Milligan to head R&D, that will really drive innovation <snort>.
She must have given Ken a nice sloppy one for that job.

Just like Aaron Falcione gave Moritz Reimer one for his demotion.

You all are funny, Aaron is now the CHRO for a mid-sized pharma company and you are trying to push it as a demotion,.,

so sensitive aaron - there must be some truth to it. you monitor these boards like a newborn baby. If you had half a brain you’d realize ppl are posting these things because it gets you so wound up. stop responding to the thread YOU started and your problem will go away. also, you shouldn’t have crossed vic and made fun of david hauben’s weight. karma’s coming for you. have fun playing on the jv team at the class d high school you’ve been demoted to!

so sensitive aaron, there must be some truth to it. If you had 1/2 a brain you’d realize ppl are simply replying to a thread YOU started because of your insecurities and if you’d just stop responding your problem would go away. shouldn’t have crossed vic and made fun of david hauben’s weight. karma is coming for you. have fun playing on the jv team at a class d high school. smooches - moritz!

The sexual reference is crude and unnecessary, but the point regarding Sandy driving innovation is legit. She is well educated, impressive credentials, but not an effective leader or innovator.

I hope it’s different for the field sales reps over at organon. We need agile leadership making smart, customer and patient centric decisions.

Tired of being led by fear. Let’s take some business risks ( atill be compliant) and make things happen over here for the patient, account or HCP and us. All 3 can win!

Agile leadership? Smart? Organon??? This is some funny stuff, Organon is a boatload of Merck rejects sprinkled with some people from other companies who could never get the job the have at Organon anywhere else.

Jealous? You’re not here so you don’t know about the incremental changes and business development products that are in the works.

Are there average reps - yes
Are there average RBMs - yes
Are there average Account executives- yes

but there are some damn good ones at every level and they will help raise the standards for what good and great looks like.

We have phenomenal open candid leadership at the Regional director level and Lisa is awesome and always leads and motivates her teams with vision, passion, transparency and seeks to understand and gets s$%t done. At Organon she will get stuff done as our product is now the most important product in the house.

just watch what we do!!!!

Thanks for your thoughts Lisa, but we all know the vast majority of leaders who went to Organon went there bc they were going no futher at Merck. They are all "has been's" who Merck was looking to unload. Don't expect much in terms of innovation or motivation.

Get over yourself skippy. Merck massively needs new blood and therapies or there will be many many more has been's...

Kevin Ali is the CEO and he’s the worst leader ever. The minute he got promoted as the BRID VP was the minute he cancelled the holiday get together. The asshole didn’t care about what got him there and the hard work we had all done. I worked for him for years and he is only interested in padding his pocket, he doesn’t care about anyone, let alone women and they tried this game before with project Minnesota. He will build this shell game up with the help of others, pad the forecast as he has done in the past and sell it off and leave everyone else wondering what to do next.

I agree. And the LT that he has assembled are some of the same losers. I’m shorting this pig. Just wait until they start their promotional tour in another 12-18 months to tell all of the analysts about their acquisitions, the positive outlook on the business and the future of Organon. The CEO cooked the books while being the President of Emerging Markets and he will do the same here. Just stating the facts.
