Wow...typing tough guy. Sure idiot people can just quit jobs without having something lined up. Listen you moron, it is not the reps fault that DG is kicking OI's ass...it is the managemet teams fault. How many days in a row can you go back into an account and not have anything new to say or show? OI was bad before we hired all of the MErck people and now it is only getting worse. I am not one of these people to come on here and blame management for this and that....I have always taken the stance that you are responsible for your performance but OI is the most dysfunctional company I have ever worked for.

The blame rests soley on the corporate team. DG marketing alone is worth more than OI's entire upper management!!!!

If goals are unattainable, why would any one exert any effort to achieve them? It would simply make future efforts even more tedious. If I can’t make money due to the goals, I am not going to kill myself to make the company money. Fix the goals, fix pharma management. No one will be going the extra mile until it happens.
