Organizational changes for Respi







Only a matter of time before psych & neuro are consolidated as well. Total waste of money to have two sets of upper/middle management, nevermind reps. This company doesn’t have near the money they’re leading everyone to believe
 


















HR still finalizing the numbers...depending on what they decide to do with the respi ASD’s (Hopefully they fire all three) and then the RBM’s...then they will know how much money they have to split among the 40% they let go.
 






Seriously man...I’ve sold several years in both CNS and Respiratory. Your way way out of your league. I’ll tell you what...put down the cell phone because PUD’s could give a shit...And go try to sell a Part B drug or better yet go sell Lonhola against anything then come back and tell me about your text message success stories!

Yeah Psych are a totally different bunch that aren’t scared to add on things Or cocktails...they decided to give your shit away in the VA for .50 pill and all the fellows are trained on it makes a big difference uh? You can run around with your cell numbers and text were covered on BC&BS Tier 1! Good luck texting a PUD were Tier 9! Ass Hat...we’d run cycles around you all.

I agree wholeheartedly. This begs the question though: if a Respi is so talented, why would they take a psych job that they clearly have disdain for? I'm parlaying my experience into something better, not taking a step back. GL

Wrong! These decisions were made weeks ago. At this point there is no finalizing going on. Just a layered communication plan.
 


















If you have been consistently ranked in the bottom 1/3 over the last 2 years , you are gone.
Everyone else’s fate will depend on where they live and who’s rank was higher comparing the NAS/TS. Also if your RBM decides to take your territory .... you are out.
 






To avoid any potential for indiscriminate adjustments to any and all organizational changes being made, an outside company specializing in HR issues such as this will be employed.

Upper management as well as Sunovion HR will be handed an envelope with the results.

All criteria will be selected such that legal precedence will rule the day and this and only this will dictate who stays and who goes. This is not about logic or making the best business decision for the company, it’s about mitigating the potential for wrongful termination lawsuits.

There will be some massively illogical business decisions handed down, but when the dust finally settles, don’t cry for Argentina, and don’t ask “why the hell would they do that”, just know that it all goes back to the age-old adage - “it’s nothing personal, it’s just business”!

I've promoted both respiratory and psych. Psych is way easier buddy. Psychiatrists diagnose based on symptomatic nature all the time and do the "trial and error" evaluation for meds. It's very easy to get a psychiatrist to prescribe something, especially when managed care is there. A monkey could sell Latuda, but keep padding yourself on the back.
 






WTF. Dan D... Interim Head of Sales for Resp told us on his conference call 2 weeks ago ... “Anybody who wants to stay with Sunovion long term will have an opportunity “. What a F—-ng liar. He asked people not to jump ship. He is a disgrace and should be ashamed of himself. He messed with peoples lives and family security with his words. He had no right to say those things.
LOL.... but he did qualify by saying “No guarantees “. He is a selfish scumbag.


The massive costly HUB drove the Respiratory Franchise into the ground. He should be let go FIRST!

Sunovion Dan “Bankrupt Respiratory Division” Dugan was stupid for paying out bonus’ on LM scripts to two or three reps. NAS never sold one LM script, but they got to keep their jobs!

I’m one of those loser NAS Rep and definitely could outsell you anytime. Sorry your disgruntled because you couldn’t sell LM and probably got cut. I can’t believe your blaming the NAS. So pathetic
 












I’m not pro or con on Dugan but you have to be fair on the HUB and that pre dates him. He inherited that monstrosity.

Dan was introduced at the National meeting when the HUB was rolled out to everyone. He quoted on stage, “we did this with Aptiom”. It was the meeting where they lied and said the HUB would do PA’s and before the HUB Pilot program was administered.
