Company is a joke. Product is OK, but not any better than Suboxone. No resources to make it a blockbuster. $600 a month doesn't launch a product and the car package is BS. Two of the top four execs left already. The President's Club trip has been pulled off the table and they already show signs of desperation.
Cedric El-Amin is the worst example of a manager I've seen in 15 years. He's like spinners on a POS car. Chalk another one up to "Diversity"

Target Salary is ~70K and you'll not make bonus because the product is grossly underperforming. They had planned on every rep getting 50 prescribers by now and the top rep only has ~25.
 






and replacing full time reps with part time reps. that and you will be working with immature reps like the poster of #21. the only people taking this are double dipping or doing it to be paid while they look.

If CEA is a joke then why was he promoted to National Director?
 












I am on this contract and have been increasingly dissatisfied with how it is being handled. The constant fire drills and getting an email at 9 Pm for a report that is due by the next day. Sometimes by the next morning. The trip is gone the bonus is now being questioned and the lies told for what?, a job that has the largest geographies known to man. Wait I'm sorry, they did adjust the territories less drive more effectiveness. OK but very unhappy people and I see this not going through the next year.

Do other reps here feel the same?

Im happy to have a job...however, there comes a point that enoughs enough

all these requests for weekly reports...
then a 12 tab business plan...
then conf calls about nothing....
not knowing what the hell our commissions are going to be or when they r going to be paid out...
micromanaged to hell...
listening to one of the dumbest National Sales conf calls I have ever been a part of. I know those top reps had to get on and do their Kool-Aid dance but it was ridiculous...Telling us that we need have a cumulative call with the office - no sh*t...telling us to go to nearby pharmacies - duh....It was a complete embarrassment.

I wonder why they r on top...could it be because Medicaid pays for it in their territories or that they have great managed care access?

Once he stood up at a national meeting Q/A, and dropped thousands of jaws with some off-the-wall comment. Complete silence from execs on stage and in the peanut gallery.
