Company is a joke. Product is OK, but not any better than Suboxone. No resources to make it a blockbuster. $600 a month doesn't launch a product and the car package is BS. Two of the top four execs left already. The President's Club trip has been pulled off the table and they already show signs of desperation.
Cedric El-Amin is the worst example of a manager I've seen in 15 years. He's like spinners on a POS car. Chalk another one up to "Diversity"
Target Salary is ~70K and you'll not make bonus because the product is grossly underperforming. They had planned on every rep getting 50 prescribers by now and the top rep only has ~25.
I am on this contract and have been increasingly dissatisfied with how it is being handled. The constant fire drills and getting an email at 9 Pm for a report that is due by the next day. Sometimes by the next morning. The trip is gone the bonus is now being questioned and the lies told for what?, a job that has the largest geographies known to man. Wait I'm sorry, they did adjust the territories less drive more effectiveness. OK but very unhappy people and I see this not going through the next year.
