OREX-NOOOOOOO

There isn't really much to say really, I've got a .02 share. Some docs will see me but most will not. I will give credit to the suboxone rep, the offices love that guy and it's hard to get past that but I'm getting a paycheck and that's what I need. Unemployment is no fun.

Now here's a rep that I definitely want on my team! Good incremental growth, pal.

My rb rep has done a great job with the docs but not with the staff. Docs love him staffs hate him. And docs wives don't like him either- 3 office wives have said they will make sure I get scripts. Rb rep has been kicked out of offices for telling docs how to treat pts. He's not a savvy businessman by any means and has benefited me. Karma is a bitch! To my rb rep- keep doing whatcha doing!

My area RB rep is a ghost. Issues are really not with RB at all. They are garb reps, the offices know it. Yeah great job selling against no competitor. Congrats on your big MShare competing against ummm heroin overdose. RB reps act like they created the compound in their garage. You are lackeys that have had no competition, ever. Time to retire...

Hey asshole, who do you think got all the doctors certified that you're calling on now? We did. We act like we created this whole thing because WE DID, you putz. You wouldn't have a job right now if it weren't for the market we created from nothing. You're coattailing our success with your shitty copycat product. There's a good reason your product isn't taking off, despite your company giving it away for free. That reason is us. The ones that have been around since the beginning and built this bitch from the ground floor. You convince 1 doctor, just 1, to get certified. Then you set up that office to take Suboxone, I mean Zubsolv patients. Do that, then get back to me. Un-fucking-believable, the nerve you have to talk shit about us. Have fun with your 0.7% market share and eventual unemployment.

Wow - there were no other choices available so Drs had no choice but to use Suboxone. Not my fault you had no competition, if you were a real Rep for a real pharma company you would know how to handle some competition, and working 20 hours a week is not the way. Good riddance.

You can work 70 hours a week and you won't get more than 2% of my market share. Why? Because the doctors in my territory can't stand your rep. Pushy, ignorant, disrespectful of office policies, breaking FDA compliance left and right, need I go on? As for "competition," before Suboxone, there were even less choices for opioid addicts. Detox and relapse or hit the methadone clinic. Not exactly appealing. Also, we competed against our own tablet when we launched the Film, not exactly an easy sell. Again when generic Subutex came out in 2009 and all the financial analysts predicated we would be finished in less than a year. Didn't happen. Yet again with the introduction of generic Suboxone, still no major drop in our share. Now..my focus is on insurance companies forcing patients onto generics, not your product. Doctors now have a choice, and they are STILL choosing Suboxone unless they are forced to write something else. That is proven by Orexo's miserable profit reports. Deal with it.

Oh man…..This one has some issues. Lets hear how we are all going out there!

why do we choose to entertain someone who want to know how we are all 'going'? realy? can we not spot that this is highly likely a competitor, or someone paid by a competition to monitor our market, messaging and issues? if you are real, take this message and think about it...maybe a simple group message with your peers would be a more healthy choice than an anonymous post on CP.

You are a stupid person, and you do not understand cause and effect.

The cause of the explosion of Suboxone clinics at the expense of detox and methadone wasn't you and you're amazing marketing skills. It was the government deciding outpatient treatment with Suboxone in your doctor's office was a better solution to the growing Rx opiate problem than methadone clinics were. The government spent a lot of money building up the Suboxone outpatient model, and passed laws to make it possible. Once this support was in place and combined with crazy profits that are made by Suboxone pill mills (and patients) the age of bupe was upon us. You were just along for the ride.

The next part is hilarious. You think YOU outsold RB tablets with your dumb film strips?!?
RB owned the whole fucking market, dumbass. Every Suboxone tablet and every Suboxone film was made by RB from 2009 until 2013. (generic Subutex doesn't count--no naloxone, so it can't be preferred on formularies). All RB did was make the tablets more expensive than the film, which ensured the film was always cheaper to insurance companies and patients, which in turn means the film would be used more than the tablets. Cheapest wins, every time.

Cheapest is winning again, right now. Generics are cheaper than film, so generic share is growing. This growth will continue until the vast majority of bupe/nlx is generic.

It's not rocket science, and it's not you. And you are definitely not a rocket scientist.

You make some good points about cheapest wins. The problem is, Zubsolv is cheaper than Film and is still a massive failure. RB may lose its position to generic tabs, which aren't cheaper than Film, btw...but not to Zubsolv. You're giving your product away and doctors still won't write it. You sure seem to know a lot about RB though. Someone bitter?

Your pea brain can't comprehend that it was Reckitt that took the risk to bring Suboxone to the US? The government was involved, sure, but outpatient bupe treatment failed in Europe in the 1990s. It was untouchable, Schering Plough and Merck didn't do anything with it. I also wonder, who got all docs certified? It wasn't the government, I can assure you that. I guess we were just along for the ride.

AS an FYI I too work for RB and can't stand to be associated with morons like you who don't understand our business model. Before you start ripping competitors know your own business! You make us all look like idiots as trur RB employees know that the real reason why strips did so well was they were priced substantially lower than the tablets - nothing else.

Wow! Been in Pharma for 20 yrs and have never seen something so out of whack statement wise. Formulary drives the tier for availability but when you have meds overridden on PA's as a less desirable tier status that should tell you something.
