That's not what I have heard. I know and worked for Adam and can say that he is indeed focused but does not drive people nuts. That was Melissa Scherrs doing

Please, Melissa has always been clueless. Plus she hasn't been in a Regional Manager's role in forever. Adam has his hand in all this stuff just as much as RP and PL. It might start all the way up the food chain but the rest of management is just as much to blame for the micromanaging bullshit as is the executive r*****s.
