Someone new? I don't think any of the managers are capable of handling a position to lead the Central. RP would have to go outside. Wouldn't you agree? There isn't a single manager in the Region that is qualified.

MS, its time for you to go. We are constantly in third place, your leadership is terrible you have no business being an Regional Manager. You lack experience, leadership and most of all your credibility amongst the team is at an all time new low! RP, I dont know what you see in this person, all I see is turnover, failed launches, lack of leadership and a constant fear that MS will do something anything to protect herself. I heard that MS's days are number, constant turnover, rep's complaining, managers not able to question her strategy. I hope this rumor is true, I am can't wait to find another job, I've had it with Strativa

She was protected by NG for years and she was the rat getting several of her bosses fired with lies and betrayal just so she could get their jobs. Now she will finally get her due because there is nobody there to protect her. Results say it all and she is failing and failing fast.

Watch her now because she does read these boards. She will come at you with even more ferocity. That will be her downfall. She has zero self esteem, tries to use power to control people, and has no integrity whatsoever. She was the queen of off-label marketing under NG.

Lets hope pl's shrewd business instincts do not take over and make the rational decision to cut staff to match costs to sales levels


it took santaurus many years to realize zegerid was only feeding the pockets of sales reps as the drug was never profitable

they eliminated almost all the sales reps
