I have collected about 100k over the last 4 years & have almost 200k in the account....gonna get another 20 or so depending on stock price in q1 2011......if you perform & stay it pays great..
It's a talent retention program....not designed for "3-4 years & done" employees

Yea they should have thought of that. I mean you being with the company for six months you probably should have gotten 1200000 in optimum. What an oversight. How dare they honor what they promised the people that were on board in January. I am sure they did it just to stick it to you personally. Oh wait. Hologic doesnt offer it to anyone no matter how long they are on board.

I got my optimum packet today and it vests in march. So fired up! Buying my dad a pickup and a family a trip to Hawaii. While a whole bunch of you Davol boys were being bitter, I crushed it.
