Optimum

Remember that Optimum program that was never going to mean anything? I have over $77,000 coming my way in a week. I guess your part right though. It doesn't mean anything to you because you don't have any money coming.

Sounds like a wise investment. Stay in the top half of the rankings each year and keep your mouth shut and you won't lose any pending optimum. There are more who have earned it and lost it than those who have been able to cash a batch out. Your $77K is an exception, so count your blessings and don't boast.

first of all, you are 100% about more "earned & lost"...you have to be fired or quit to "lose" it, so if you perform & stay on board you earn it....have people left the company & consequently lost their Optimum? Yes, but they didn't "loose" it

if you are going to put quotes around words, spell them correctly. "Thaaaaaanks"

The Optimum program is not BAD, at all. It is a retention program thus there has to be an incentive for reps to stick around

I cannot tell you how many reps have 100/200/300k+ in Optimum. If that kind of additional money is not an incentive or "good," then you should not join this company.

The company does not want to payout those kind of amounts, so if you've accumulated a large balance, watch your back. I've seen numerous reps and managers "resign" with huge balances. From the company's perspective, it's a recruiting tool, not a retention tool.

So when Optimum is cancelled nobody will care.

I've made a lot of money Optimum and am still around. I'm in line for another 80g this year. You dopes who come on here and bitch are pathetic. I'm pathetic for posting here as well because you just don't get it and never will.

I would certainly care is Optimum is cancelled.

I am set to make A LOT of money over the next several years from Optimum. Yeah, maybe I should watch my back but I have absolutely proven myself at Bard and will enjoy/save the monies from that success.

Recruitment/retention....whatever you want to call it, its still a pretty good program. And besides, how many other companies out there offer anything similar to it?

My trianing class (2005) lost 2 of the 9 and the 7 of us will see $ in Febuary. 3 of us got 80g back then; it adds up.

Think of Optimum as above and beyond your w2. You will have highs and lows, so this helps cover soft years. Good luck!
