Peter - if you want to hear Compliance issues, listen in on the OC weekly calls. Several reps are talking about a patient's lab and previous drug failures. How do they obtain this information without seeing the patient info?
Not only that, there is a RSM who tells the reps to instruct the office staff to use a specific, by name, specialty pharmacy.Peter - if you want to hear Compliance issues, listen in on the OC weekly calls. Are you all serious? A Dr. can give feedback on drug results without connecting it to a patient’s name. Grow up!YES!!

Yes, a physician can give feedback but some reps are offering medical advice (taking the patient off drug until the vitamin D levels drop so they qualify for Rayaldee) and they are dumb enough to discuss it on the OC call. Some RSSs are getting detailed info from the MA who don't know that they shouldn't discuss PHI with reps. RSSs are focused on getting paid and not being on KM's shit list.Peter - if you want to hear Compliance issues, listen in on the OC weekly calls. Well snow flake. When you are participating on a call that YOU feel has crossed a line, it is your responsibility to raise your concern at that time! Ask if it is legal on the call!
