This is a big compliance issue. If i were them i would be very nervous if this is true. Fines and jail time could be coming their way.

Not only that, there is a RSM who tells the reps to instruct the office staff to use a specific, by name, specialty pharmacy.

Yes, a physician can give feedback but some reps are offering medical advice (taking the patient off drug until the vitamin D levels drop so they qualify for Rayaldee) and they are dumb enough to discuss it on the OC call. Some RSSs are getting detailed info from the MA who don't know that they shouldn't discuss PHI with reps. RSSs are focused on getting paid and not being on KM's shit list.
