Someone in another thread said he is reading field coaching reports. I have been in the industry for a loooong time and I have never heard of anyone in such a senior level role reading managers coaching reports. What an embarrassment

If that is true, it shows Des is in over his a haraf just like every other leader involved in the Leqvio Launch. Do ahead read my FCR, I don’t give a shit!!!
 




The entire upper management team is being tasked with getting the Leqvio ship righted. Someone authorized close to $10,000,000,000 on this drug. Others in the organization, mostly the Yes Men/Women ass kissers said “this is the best drug ever” and didn’t have the balls or the knowledge to challenge upper management on this. As a result the Swiss and the shareholders want answers. Since Leqvio sales are still in the toilet, management has to show increased metrics since they have nothing else to show. Divisional Presidents (Dez) demands results from VPs of sales. VPs of sales, who are clueless turds, demand answers and increase metrics to the RDs. The RDs demand answers and increase metrics to ABLs. ABLs are told to get things done and increase metrics to us in the field. Everyone above the rep level is putting pressure on us and going back to the person above them to say they are following in lock step with the stupid direction the person above them tasked them with. Dez gets reports and digs into FCRs so he can go to Vas and attempt to justify his actions. Point is until this company can figure out the best channel of distribution for this product that truly has the patient and provider’s best interest then we will continue to see soft sales and increased BS metrics.

Increase pressure on metrics while withholding sales data and giving those of us who have been successful any credit. I have never worked so hard to be so under appreciated for the orders we have generated on my team. When I look back over 2022, I think of all the extra hours I put in to open more buy and bill accounts, only to be told at this point, I’m not allowed to know the data, have the credit for them, or get any recognition for that hard work. Uninspired.

Love this post!! So very true. But trust us Leqvio friends you’re not alone. The increase in metrics has hit all business units even those with reps that have huge geographies and lots of drive time in between accounts or heavily populated areas where it takes an hour to go two miles. We are with you, know how hard you are working and hope this product takes off. In the mean time we can all commiserate on here about how clueless the majority of senior leaders are. So very sad
 




Too slick for his own good. My interactions with him was listening to him talk in circles and fake a big ass smile. Sat at my dinner table and stared through people while pretending to be engaged. He fits right in with the rest of the slick talking NVS robots.

he lost all credibility from me when he did an awful karaoke rendition of “friends in low places”. What a fittingly ironic song. Yuck
 












He’s too busy doing important VP things like tracking call average, reach and frequency. Manager field days and telling reps how many times to call on a doctor each month.
 




Des is a f'ing cold hearted snake charmer. He comes across as honest and sincere while he is totally preparing to cut your throat. This whole place is filled with snakes. It breeds them. Anyone who has character or a shred of decency has left or is looking to. The longterm employees are here just to take the ride and collect as much money as they can. Cold-hearted misfits are leading teams. Most RD's who have no right to lead people. They are just metric lackey's who cover their ass to keep alive in the snake pit.

I'm sure his wife's coaching reports are just stellar!!!!! She's a rep in Respiratory!!!
