I am thinking about Vegas and all the friends we lost from the field team. Many people left on this team wish we would have been integrated to the ecosystem process and given the opportunity to choose the package and get the hell out of here. With each "One Ophtha" team call the resentment gets worse. We hear planning and objectives being made without by the LT with little strategy, knowledge or informed retina market experience We can look forward to more training given by people who have never worked in the field, held any field facing role or directly worked w/ customers. We are laden with absent leaders that will continue to congratulate each other for our great performance and our team's success in 2019. How many were present in the field with us? The leadership had nothing to do the team's 2019 success. They were either new and did not contribute, on sabbatical for 6 or 8 weeks, or in meetings in "Anytown" USA. The prospect of living another year with the absent leadership, lies, incompetence, nepotism and entitlement is very depressing.

Absent leadership is probably better than having them actually present. Better they stay the FUCK away than cause more harm. There is no One Ophtha. Every man for himself is what's going on I tell ya!
