Yup this scenario is a common occurrence with most start ups in pharma nowadays. . All this hype about new company, ground floor opportunity to join one of a kind new organization with cutting edge one of kind new product. Sound familiar? The problem is they hire the same old big pharma rethread drones with their big pharma skill sets who bring in all their old big pharma friends from their previous big pharma companies. Excitement last for about a year and then it turns into another big pharma shit show.
