Apparently PTH but it looks like a shit show over there. I was talking to one person one day, the next day they are gone. I am interviewing for another company and they asked who else was I talking too. When I said Ascendis they laughed because apparently a bunch of people from there applied as well.

is it really so bad? Worth pursuing?

So I have heard the same thing, sales “leadership” seems to be the weak link. Is the product really bad? I’ve heard coverage sucks and bait and switch with HCPs around free product but nothing about the drug itself. What’s the deal with PTH. I asked an old Takeda rep about it and they think Ascendis is WAY overestimating the market meaning little or no payout during launch. Think I’ll pass.
 












Has anyone received an offer. I went to Chicago almost 4 weeks ago for panel interviews and interviewed with head of US Comercial since then. No one seems to be sure of next steps?

Consider yourself lucky. Perhaps you showed a backbone and that is not wanted here. Biggest bunch of ass kissers I have ever been around. But the ass kissing is to clueless management. I’ve been trying to get out of here for months but GH reps are not really in demand.

Good product. Terrible support and unless PTH comes soon, Novo is going to get all the contracts for weekly GH.

Lots of postings for Endocrine Clinical Specialists positions. Is this an expansion or is it for the new product? Some of those territories seem quite small geographically to just cover Ped Endo, like one or two account small.

How is the culture? Products look good. Management? Thanks! Looking for work but not desperate yet.
 






NO payers are supporting this product after 2+ years of trying to position it as an improvement. If you need a stop-gap job, go for it. Just know what you’re getting: Novo Nordisk rejects at the helm with no true success as anything more than boot-lickers.

All true. No contracts. No Medicaid. No pap. And they told GH reps when hired, they would sell both. They told reps there would be payers contracted when hired. Lied and many reps left. 4Q when they could not garner much interest, they allowed reps to interview. Downsized GH territories.
