Obviously the manager posting about herself (who else would know exact rankings, etc)??
Seems like these managers need to take more time off of these boards and more time developing the skills to establish respect from their teams

I was recently contacted by a recruiter about an open position in Iowa. My initial reaction was to look into it, but I am second guessing after looking at this board. My experience with Cafepharma is that usually this board is filled with a bunch of idiots who think they got jobbed. I am amazed at the activity that is going on here, especially very recently. Looks like a lot of trolls who work they need to focus on their career.

Anyway, fire away. I would love to hear why, or why not to look into this further.

Don't know if this will get posted but reality is that the writer of poster 29 and r from that other place are honest and good people.

Over all these months poster 29 and r's truth as they see it and their absolute refusal to let all the fakes and phonies and insulters who only know themselves stand in their way of getting their truth out is a breath of fresh air. Both are their own people.

Have laughed all day that both post 39 and 40 of the EM thread were posted. Guess lots of people are on top of every detail. That's great to know!
