Open Letter to Management

Whats the over/under on the training director skating by for another year not having actually trained one single employee?

Management should be able to meet atleast two more times in Chicago before the end of the year. Meeting of the odd little men and the odd 'man' out.
 












Its sad that there are reps in the field with more UROLOGY experience than all of the members of the management team COMBINED. If the tail were wagging the dog PBS wouldn't be on life support.

This note about urology experience may have been true when SW, DB, PO, AR, and SV were with ODL. Probably not now given that they are all gone. Can't rely on experience of BS.

If that is the case with allof the experience

why are the reps not bringing over all of that Urology business they said they would bring over? They know the drs and staff at all of these offices and they would switch labs not a problem

Cleints do not care about the reps, they want what is best for their practice and Bostwick was one of the best Urology path lab out there at that time. Reps had nothing to do with closing business Dr Bostwick did all of the major presentations, reps were there to deliver lunches and assist in setting up dinner programs. Guess the rep was not that big of a factor at Bostwick, it was Bostwick doing all of the selling while the reps road Bostwicks coat tails.
 






























Did he leave or was let go? he had a high position with the company

Did he hook up with that Heme company?

He was fired, Word is that it was for failure to perform. Now he's unemployed. What about the other reps he brought with him to loser ODL who are now gone too? Who should we feel more sorry for? Stupidity and greed is no excuse for lying to people.
 












PBS reps don't have time to read emails on the weekend. They are too busy at working a second job to support their familes because the commission structure is so bad. Everytime a rep leaves they talk about what a relief it is not work for them. Management by fear.
