It's these types of lies that they use to try get people to join, and the same type of lies they'll expect you to sell with. There are 50 maybe doing well this month, and 320 are struggling. There are over 70 open positions posted on the lifevest's own webpage this month alone. How often do you have a "med device" company that has been around over 10 years have over 70 open sales positions and 3 open VP positions including sales, marketing and R&D?

And a revolving door for PSRs? No one counts us, but we are on the receiving end of the dysfunction too. It is clear whoever sets the policies for us has little idea what we do. I spent 4 hours on a basic follow up today because the equipment on the patient was defective and the equipment I took to replace it was defective. And the directions sent me to the wrong place. Can't they get even half of this right?

It is a perfect compensation plan if they want a new sales force every 2 years. That is why it is impossible to believe their rhetoric about reducing turnover. They have set a plan in place that sets up a revolving door except for a minority 5% or so.

Why would we care about sales zombies? Company is driving revenue year after year, we control the process not sales, not the doctors and not the patients. Shut up and sell and do as your told.
