Completely agree. No one thinks this is a good idea! The most destructive and distracting decision I've ever seen a company make.

I was so happy when I left Bausch to come to Shire a year ago. The benefits were great....vacation, and bonus for showing up....amazing Q4 bonus for us reps in D bucket. But benefits have gotten worse. Love how our pharmacy plan is now the shitty Optum RX that is a pain in the ass for Xiidra.
