Oncology

I would say GO FOR IT. everyone company has their crap and this one does too however what you cannot fake or change is Culture and I'd say Bayer has some of the best culture I have experiences in the industry. They promote from within, do not have a cemented process so cultivate people with talent and promote them and they are a large company with a small pharma feel. LOVE IT HERE.

Gag me with a spoon. I have 20 years of oncology experience. I was fired by my asshole boss for no reason after 5 months. Seriously. What a jerk. Love it here? No one loved it. They started firing people so they wouldn’t have to pay severance when they downsized.

Go jump in a lake. Don’t lie to people because you are miserable or sleeping with your boss. Everyone in oncology is miserable. The pay is low, and the management team treats you like Shit. G Carey…what a douche.
I agree. G Carey is a total liar. He is out for himself and to destroy others, unless you have dark skin…then he treats you like gold.

If you don't like it here why don't you drag your ass to the next company who will treat you the same. Coming on CP to vent about crap like you are the star athlete to the team. Really all those haters on CP come and take to this place to vent because you cannot perform in your job. Thats the truth- if everything was flowers and rainbows you'd be shouting from the rooftops. Tell me this, even as bad as you are performing (based on your negativity) I am sure you're still taking your hefty salary and over arching bonus you most likely don't deserve elsewhere. With this attitude, just do us all a favor and leave. Ive been in this industry for YEARS and worked at many places- this is the ONE of the few that stands out as one of the better ones. If you don't like it, share.... rather than making false claims. I am sure AAA will take you, they take all our sloppy seconds.

My last rank at Bayer was top 5 in the nation… left because of toxic boss/culture. Appreciated being recruited and the big salary bump Bayer gave me and was lucky enough to step up again upon leaving.

Suggest using CP to research any organization, not everything is true on here. But, where there’s smoke there is usually a dumpster fire. Bayer is marginal.

No, your lazy ass just sucked. Couldn’t sell if your life depended on it.

Thanks! Took the advice and huge upgrade’s…. I’ll miss a few people, but not the company or a$$hole leadership.

So why did S Williamson Leave and T Slaman? Hear there is a lot of recruiting being done by C Hewitt to join his team at AAA- Why all the hype? seriously, asking for a friend.
This is a silly comment- First off - I was happy to see Slaman go. He was not good at what he did and was not an organized trainer. Since he has left the training department has flourished so if he chose to go to AAA we are better off for it. As for S Williamson that was a tough one. He has been here a log time and seems happy at AAA but its not stable, their company is not doing well. In fact there have been a number of people who left for other pharma companies and have found the grass is not greener or got laid off. Just ask all those who left to work at Hutchmed and they didn't get approval for their drug. Others chasing the money going to small ONC companies only to leave within the year. Regardless of why people choose to leave, if they don't want to be here or are just chasing the money, rather cut our loss and find someone who does.
