Bayer is a great organization! Take what you read on cafepharma with a grain of salt. The anonymous aspect clearly brings out the brave keyboard warriors and the worst of them.
RUN RUN RUN away as fast as you can, unless you’re desperate and need the money or experience.
Bayer is horrible, killing thousands with RoundUp. Nasty German only care about making money!
As for the leadership, some good, mostly horrendous micro-managers! Example is the Interim RSD, DO who is self promoting and hyper controlling. People are bailing out except those who really need the job or like Stockholm Syndrome victims.
You can do better!
You are so funny. Listen we can all talk shit about every company we worked for. NONE of them are perfect and come without issues and flaws. Bayer is no different. One thing you cannot change is culture and I'd say the culture here at Bayer is nothing short of terrific. Say what you want, but its all what we make of it. So our data sucks and we are spending all our time trying to find fault with our numbers but to be fair evert company has the same issues. I truly believe Bayer has put the right people in the right places and we will start to see things progress for the better.
As for those who are leaving they are leaving one shit storm for another and maybe get paid a little more to navigate those shityt waters. But to say run from bayer and all that... Couldn't be further from the truth. They are large company with a small pharma feel, support and listen to their people, have some of the highest bonuses in industry and really promote and cultivate talent from within. Say what you want but its been a pleasure working here and Im happy with where we are headed.
Go jump in a lake. Don’t lie to people because you are miserable or sleeping with your boss. Everyone in oncology is miserable. The pay is low, and the management team treats you like Shit. G Carey…what a douche.Bayer is a great organization! Take what you read on cafepharma with a grain of salt. The anonymous aspect clearly brings out the brave keyboard warriors and the worst of them.

Y’all are all a bunch of idiots. None of you can have tons of oncology experience. Anyone with a brain knows that in 2019, Bayer was a bloodbath….letting most of the sales people go. The ones who stayed mainly were forced to take a primary care job.. How insulting. The few that remained were the asskissers, who never worked, but just knew how to lie and cheat the system. Anyone working here is an idiot or just needs a paycheck. They are good to minorities though.
