Oncology- tick tick tick

I'm not sure if I totally believe these rumors yet. I do know its a strong possibility. I also know that there are many oncology reps who are not paying attention to this at all. If the rumors hold true, it will be a rude awakening for many who have their head in the sand.

Will there possibly be a voluntary exit package?

They always cut the little guy. How about cutting the highly paid executives who have no relationships or interaction at the doctor level. It's us field grunts that get abused in these scenarios.

Don' t be fooled by management. You have already been ranked to see where you fall in the pecking order to keep your job. They also know the number of reps in reorganization.

The question you should ask yourself is if it came down to me or my biad partner who will it be? If its your partner start looking for another job. Some biads will remain but many territories will only have one sales person due to low volume and poor access.

The best thing. About the pending job cuts is that CP will have to face the music! How Cook justified her in the vp role to begin with is an example of the poor leadership in obu. Everything she touches is a disaster, promotes her friends and surrounds herself with yes people.when jo left you knew it was all over!

So sad to see how the OBU has been destroyed. The managers told the Cookie Monster an expansion was insane, but the fat had gone to his head. CP was so into her new promotion she would never listen to anyone except those who told her what she wanted to here....you are right, when JO left we should have all know the $%^ hit the fan! Sad thing is, those who created the mess will likely survive, but if in the end it get's CP out of the OBU, it will be the best chance for us to get even close to the great culture that we once had!

I'm wanting to know why some reps know more information than others. Why have some DM's taken the liberty of sharing detailed information with their reps and others have not? Why is leadership providing no leadership? Is this an intentionally chaotic environment to accelerate attrition?

Actually its the pipeline and lack of effectiveness of the sales reps- we are consistently rated the worst oncology company with CVM scores. Many things need to change starting with management and some of the reps!
