Oncology Restructuring

Some are stuck here. They have burned too many bridges with their peers that were laid off and word has gotten out about their work ethic and work habits. Sucks to be them, right AK?

3 a&r peeps have left (although 1 is now doing a 18 mos rotation)...heard they went to Napa to for golfing and drinking wine

Don't forget that there have been a couple of the RAMS that have left also. It amazes me that all of the sudden the leadership has decided that we have a culture crisis, where have they been the last three years? Now that some companies are ramping up their hiring we suddenly decide to try and get people to stay by saying we are changing the way we are doing things.

CPS reps are out and only KALs will remain in the field. KALs are the only ones making bonus - they could care less if CPS reps make bonus.... CPS reps will be gone before Zaltrap launch....

CPS Rep? What the hell is a CPS rep? "Crazy Piece of Shit?"

No, Crazy Pieces of Shit would be the leaders of this BU. I mean does anyone think the Central Regional Sales Director is so important that she doesn't need to do her rotation in the home office sniffing AW's a$$. I would imagine that there were more than a few managers that were pissed when they realized she was coming back. I am sure she was pissed that now she has to put off her rotation to lead through the Zalcrap launch.

Sure, there are a few pissed managers. But they either left or are leaving soon for greener pastures. Onyx plucked one away and many more to come. Her primary care mentality and lack of oncology disease state and oncology treatment regimens has left her with no one respecting her. People were willing to give her a chance but she never learned the material. Kind of hard to lead oncology sales people when you don't know the disease state or products.

Well, the resignations just keep on coming. These are not people who have been around a year or two but people with at least 10 plus years with the oncology BU. I know that you expect people to leave from time to time but this is getting ridiculous.
