Yes the offer is to get laughed at by oncologists and get your teeth kicked in by Merck. Many of the academic cancer centers are doing pembro trials in head & neck and squamous cell carcinoma. In the private setting, a miscellaneous J code will be a huge obstacle, especially when Merck frequently gives pembro away.

Even if it's a better molecule, there's no way to prove it, and it won't be used. Of course this is just my opinion and I could be wrong. LOL feel like gambling?

I did the same. I am already in this market and it is so crowded. The Regeneron people seem great but, it's too much of a chance to take right now. I am sure they will or have found someone wanting in this market.

Yes, but some more than others. This one could get ugly fast. Revenue likely less than $8M in 2018, could easily be only half of that.
