Ask your rm how to overcome reimbursement concerns in a predominantly Medicare patient population when your drug has a miscellaneous J code until 2020.

Will be lucky to get 2 of 10 patients who actually receive any drug therapy. Only people with major centers will see any usage. Community Med oncs aren't gonna touch.

Merck will give them pembro if need be just to shut you down.

Without knowing your RBD, the only reasonable conclusion one can draw from your statement is that your RBD is a primary care bafoon.
