On a scale of 1 to 10, how motivated are you NBU?

3 here... I have to tell myself a lot that things could be worse for motivation... Leadership can't get any worse which is good to know because they can only get better.

I'm at a 5... I was at a 6 at my previous company a year ago and was told how much better things were here... trying to get an interview to go back. If I can't im ok. I'm not miserable

Why would the person who did this original post not be Shire qualified. This is how Shire does their numbers. How we get paid. It sound like they have a pretty good handle on things and it seems pretty accurate to me!!! This person is actually over qualified to be at Shire and should be given a management position and a raise! After over forecasting on multiple occasions and data scrubbing, we wind up in the hole. It's all a joke.
I'd like to know exactly what "Shire qualified" entails.

SMART, HARD WORKING, TEAM PLAYER, GREAT SALES SKILLS, & MOST IMPORTANT => COMMITTED TO SUCCESS! FAILURE IS NOT IN A SHIRE REP'S VOCABULARY!!! SHIRE PROUD

Totally agree!!! All of the above!!! The only thing you left out is:
And you have to be okay with not making any money for all your hard work!
Wait, but I guess that's mostly an NBU requirement. Oh and willing to do 2 separate jobs for less than what we were all making a year and a half ago... great deal!

Shut up you unemployed trained monkey POS Troll. You dont here or anywhere you PFHAG

No i work heres and there is a good chance I've worked here longer than you... I know it's hard to get through your peace sized brain Kathy but you aren't liked here.... and your boy Kevin you brought over isn't liked either... he is a fool. You two should leave and co-author a book together "How to Get a Job you don't Deserve"

This is true. Everyone on my team is looking. So rate all of of us at a 10 for motivation... except we're motivated to leave. the majority of us have won PC or VPC in the past few years, too.

You get what you pay for.

Let's revisit this question after Friday's conference call where they roll out this beautiful IC plan for the co-promote. I'll give you a hint. If you're not at 100% to goal for Vyvanse, you get stugots.
