Old School Spectrum Employees

Nit sure what happened there, sorry.

Vickie D. was great.

CC was never a sales leader and never ad an original thought in his head. NH brought him up to rubber stamp his agenda.

Oh brother. You and your ilk imagine all these "agendas." Achievers like myself and those whom I am grooming among my team of superstars actually set agendas. It's all way above your pay grade, dingletickler.

I agree. Vickie D. is the real deal and has built her reputation on the anti-Quest philosophy. Unfortunately for us, but fortunately for her, she will retire as soon as Pathinc is acquired.

I am not completely sure and I'm sure for different reasons. These folks had to build the foundation used by many of the next phase reps you mention. They had very few tools and were in many ways pioneers. They may or may not have been the best reps spectrum ever had but made big contributions in different ways. I am not sure where most are today which is why I'm asking. I'm a VP of sales in large diagnostic company and had good memories of these folks and was curious about them.

I ran into Nello barber. He is retired and lives in burlington

Spectrum always had alot of turnover but there were several reps that came in after these reps and are still with Solstas today.

Just curious but why did all these reps leave Spectrum back in the day?

I saw Barry Gillispie near Cone a few months back and Devon connected with me on Facebook. I think she is in Fayetteville now.

I was a rep back then and in addition to not having near the bells and whistles that have been their recently, Nate H. changed our commision plans 3 times in a 9 month period. Each plan was based on paying you over 12 months but when he changed it he would only pay you for 2 months after the change (effectively 4-5 months). He basically pocketed the money for company and was unwilling to explain why or how. He expectected you just took it or lumped it which is what I did and left. That costs me about 100k in lost commissions but employment lawyers said it would be too costly to try to recover.

Nate sure knew what he was going.

Sounds like you were lucky to even have a job at all. Glad you are gone. Hope you work for Labcorp now. More likely Burger King though.

Take care Whopper Boy.

Nate was a world-class prick and his little minion CC climbed right up his rear and tried to ack the same.

Oh, brother.... "too costly to try to recover" 100K ??

What really happened is that you were fired for not owning your performance, and your "lawyer" (the legal aid person at ESC) told you that you do not qualify for unemployment.

Their point was that the company can change plans whenever they want and really did not have to pay you anything, even if they said the plan was for 12 months. I never missed a single month of making quota in 3 years, Im sure others did miss but it didnt matter because the plan kept changing.

You are one to talk about performance. You let the team down and now you are a nobody. I hope your unemployment benefits were denied as well. I hear you didn't last one month at Quest.

I have no idea where you "heard" that, son, but the fact is that my team of superstars is setting the pace at our great new organization.

You obviously were canned as I had heard from so many. This confirms it. You always lacked integrity and could never be Quest material.

Stay out of the lab business.

We heard you are currently unemployed and never worked for a sales orginization. We also heard you're posting on this board 40 hours a week instead of filling out fast food applications.

Hope this helps.
