Oklahoma City ADHD positions

Looks like the 2 ADHD positions are still vacant. One of them has been vacant close to a year. How does this make good business sense? I heard Sam is heading back to OK for the 9th or 10th time to do interviews to try to fill the positions. Maybe his position should also be interviewed for??? He sounds pretty incompetent...
 






What are the car choices? if the cars suck this could keep good candates from applying? How many field rides a month?
Serious replies as i have been called by a recruiter and want to know about this. How man calls do we need to make a day and how many have to be signed?

what is this guy looking at? how many president clubs do you have to win. If you are a 6 time cluber, do you have a good chance of getting hired?

Are you reading the posts???? You will be micromanaged and ridden to death...what difference does it make what type of co car...you will be miserable.

ALSO....CAR POLICY check this out..you pay for your own gas on weekends then fill up on your dime on Monday....WHAT!!!
 






I interviewed with manager Sam...it was FUN!!!

When he asked if I had any questions......I asked about the "f*cked up" car policy...you pay for your own gas on weekends and then fill up on Monday with your "OWN personal" credit card???? What the f*ck!

Most normal companies ask for personal miles and we are charged for them! Shire is making out on this...we are reporting personal miles PLUS paying for gas on the weekends!

Sam is a F*cktard just like Curtis....ADHD is a SHit division

After reading the posts in this thread I'm going to go out on a limb and say the problem hasn't been a lack of good candidates applying but rather a moron manager who will not hire someone with a skill set better than his.
 






What kind of micro management does Sam do? Calling in numbers? 2-3 day field rides? Wants expense reports in on time? 10 call average? What makes this guy so bad??

Please tell me as i am interviewing next week

What an outrage! have to pay for gas on weekends? Bullshit! I refuse to comply with this.
We should all protest and fill up the tank on weekends with the compnay gas card

Do you even know how to read an email? The new policy states that you can use your corporate card for business AND personal miles which obviously includes weekends. Sounds like you spend too much time in gas stations inhaling the fumes. WAKE UP

His social skills are lacking to say the least. Read the whole thread. Noone knows what he is looking for, but if you have any skills at all he feels threatened and you will not move on to the next interview. Why do you think he is making his 10th trip to OKC to fill a position that has been vacant almost a year? Plus the fact there have been so many reps leave that area in a short time frame should tell you it's probably not an ideal situation.
