The silence on topics like this reminds me of when Sun came out with the following statement after Abhay Gandhi and his wife Kiran made a settlement with Sebi, India’s equivalent to the US’s Securities and Exchange Commission, in order to avoid prosecution for insider trading:

“Sun Pharma has full faith that Gandhi conducts himself with the utmost integrity in any situation”

Gimme a break. Utmost integrity? Really?

This is nothing but another attempt by disgruntled employees or a terminated employee to smear our respected executives. They concoct information and spend needless hours digging up past posts to make a new fanciful story. Now they impersonate a journalist as a cheap ploy. Even this talk of OIG investigation is complete rubbish.

Hey, regarding your respected executives, Google your CEO of the US business. Paid a settlement to keep his wife and himself from going down on insider trading charges. Public info.

OIG investigation: Sun paid a multi-million fine in the US for off-label promotion. Fact. Do you think the OIG is done ? Ha.

The threat(s) of physical assault are documented, e-mail Michele and ask for them.

Totally agree.

when I worked there I had two phones. One Sun.
One personal.
I’d never-ever trust the Indian IT dept to NOT monitor every email, text or call.
Or, to look thru the photos where we had pics of AG trolling the office speaking to the only 1-2 of the more attractive females, for which he had NO business reason to.

it’d be funny, he’d gawk at one right outside my friend’s office, and my friend would snap a pic, text it around the building, say hey he’d out and prowling with some hilarious emojis

I believe the entire sale force is waiting to see if the magical unit shuffling will take place for the IC payout in March. Does anyone trust these reported numbers? I don’t.
