I’m good with staying at home
15% barely covers my travel expense and lunches that I no longer need to take so oh well it prettty much cancels out.
I do miss the view on occasion though.

No time soon.
Folks are getting ready for the next phase of their careers after Stryker realizes they're dead weight or their positions are redundant.
Quite a few are already running their start up or side businesses on company time.

I know one that is pimping his consulting business on company time.
 

























Nothing illegal about pushing a consulting business, it takes a lot of work to make one successful and every once in a while it bleeds
Into normal work hours just as normal work hours bleed into early mornings, evenings and weekends. It all comes out in the wash.

Sounds legit....I think I remember this exact quote in the Stryker employee handbook under "Operating your personal business on Company time".
