The waiting period for the contingent offer is a little frustrating, however this is how you run a business! Protect the cash until you’re in a position to generate income. I have been through some interesting interview processes for startups, this was one of the better processes.

That is the karma this company deserves. Look how many senior leaders, medical, HR, Market Access Marketing and recruiters have left before the product has even come to marketing. And the VP of Sales (or whatever BS title he goes by, because it isn't really "sales" apparently) just bought a house in MA. No plans during a start up year to move to CA? I think we know what the plan is. Hope to sell this dog of a company. And don't think you are getting rich. The stock keeps sinking so will likely be worth nothing. Horrible, disappointing, company. And the culture they are creating? Garbage. SO glad I read the tea leaves and left.

RIGHT ON !!!
Thankfully I didn't get an offer. Am overqualified for this place and it is run by a flock of a-holes. So glad I got a nice offer elsewhere and not beholden to the tricksters in HR. It felt great to tell them to F off !!
 






I didn’t receive an offer and I was disappointed, simply b/c I took time off from work and tput a lot of energy preparing for the presentation and interview. I do wish all the people who received offers and Aimmune much success..... MANS REJECTION IS GODS PROTECTION!’
