I completed the background check and stuff back in January. It is a waiting game and I have been in contact with RSM pretty regularly.this process is taking a long time...but they have the time. I know colleagues who got offers in January, some are waiting for an "offer".. their background checks completed and references called and paycheck verified, some got called and told they were the second choice and if the first did not get take the job or background failed then he would be asked to start the background check....some aren't out but haven't been notified to start a background check yet. I am one of the ones waiting...everything is complete. Every person that posts....adds something else. So who freaking knows. Waiting game stinks! Just venting!

I'll spell it out for you. You are not getting an offer. They have ALL been made. You are being kept in the loop as a 2nd or 3rd choice. I know. Believe me...or don't. It is up to you.

I know another rep that just received an email that said they were still being considered for the exact same territory. She contacted P1 and was given a line about how this is a long process that they are working through and she is very much still in the running. My buddy who has the offer accepted it contingent on approval back in early February. So, read into that what you will.

They were told to hire friends and family first, which is bs.Thats Bullshit! Looking for a new job takes a lot of time. I know you just have to keep moving forward but if i had an offer i wouldn't spend as much time looking. i just want a yes or no! stop stringing people along
I thought it was avanir/pernix peopleIf you are making $110K elsewhere and couple years security why on earth would you leave a job to go to Neurocrine? The pressure, the benefits, car allowance and uncertainty make it a NO brainer. Stupid move
If your outta work this is best gig ever. Guarantee people who are currently out of work will be minority on this team though. Too many Acadia/forest scared newbie managers who can't take a risk and make a good decision.
