Went to hub interview in November- get called every 2 weeks from Princeton One saying I'm still in the process. Haven't had references called or background check. Anyone else in the same situation?

References have been called and background check completed. No word on contingency offer though.

Had second interview at the end of November. No hub interview yet. Last contact was right before Christmas saying I was still in the running. Said they would call after the holidays but have heard nothing...

Can anyone with a contingent offer share what was inside of it besides salary? Such as how many restricted shares, car situation and 401k?

The base offers seem pretty low. The car stipend is also low. Not sure they are going to get people currently in CNS to jump ship for the offer I received.

I flew to a location and had the panel interview before the holidays. But nothing now and others have gotten offers, I hear. Is it safe to assume I am out?

I wouldn't assume you're out. Just starting to hear of offers now. I've also heard people have gotten the call from Princeton One to tell them they're out. So if you haven't gotten that call it's not over yet.

Have you gone to hub interview & have they asked you to do a background check?

Restricted Stock Units. Worth full value at time of offering. If the stock goes up, you get the gains. if it goes down, you get full value at time of sale. Never underwater, unless the company flops

10% above current pay capping out around 130 ish. Target payout 40.
