If someone is not comfortable going there isn't a damn thing thing they can do. Any perceived retaliation is a major HR issue.

There was a meeting held about a month ago in Boston, some did not go and attended via Zoom.

Look at Chicago Dept of Health travel guidelines for out of state. Should not be having live meetings with ppl flying from all over. Can do it all successfully virtually without risk. Yes let’s get back to normal in the field but no need for airline travel now.

If following Chicago Dept of Health recommendations anyone not vaccinated should quarantine for 7 days when traveling to Chicago from an orange state ( 48 of the states). Covid surging in many states now back to last winter levels .

No one is happy about attending a meeting they have to fly to - why not have local district meetings like Derm and a national broadcast ? Wait for booster shots (so many breakthrough infections occurring now) and the launch !

You all make me want to puke! Be honest and just say you don’t want to go to the meeting because of all the role-playing we will have to do! I hate it as much as you do but I am willing to do it. It gives me a chance to shine in front of my manager! Funny thing is I never use a visual aid on a sales call. All I do is say, looks like you need a few samples, sign here. Can’t wait to go to the POA watch all of you running around looking like scared little snowflakes!
