Didn’t Shannon Rush say she would not adjust our goals for Q2 even with the supply shortage?
She said they did it for the Mounjarou reps because MJ had brought in a lot more money since it had been on the market longer.
She also said that we were 200% to goal with ZP and that we should never go 200% to goal and that they didn’t goal us high enough in Q1 and to make up for over paying us in Q1, that we wouldn’t have our goals adjusted in Q2.

I just started going through the motions at that point. I was getting yelled at by prescribers and staff everyday from Lilly telling us there was supply when there wasn’t. So why do I want to deal with that and not get a quarterly bonus either?

We need new leadership from the bottom to the top
