Actually, everyone has a right to vent and a right to criticize others who vent. I know you want CP to be your safe space where you can come pretend the whole world is stacked against you and you need affirmation from the anonymous voices on here of how right you are. But, it doesn’t work that way. When you act like a crybaby, sometimes you’re going to get called a crybaby.
And, the OCS and DCS jobs are different; therefore, they have different bonus structures and different opportunities to hit and exceed goal. Really simple to understand. The OCS bonus has nothing at all to do with the DCS bonus, so I’m not sure what any DCS would be crying about. Just do your job, make as much money as you can, be happy for others when they make money, and go find a new job when you’re no longer happy with the one you have. Very simple formula to not be a douchebag. Go try it.
