It’s literally blah blah blah - no matter how much a DCS grows based on potential it’s nearly impossible to make 30k in a quarter for a bonus. Why don’t you just enjoy your gift of a bonus for the next couple quarters and let people vent . They have the right to. Also, if a DCS isn’t happy then they could move on to another job or even company but I do agree the disparities between true bonus potential for the obesity division vs diabetes is completely ignorant and unfair. Actually, everyone has a right to vent and a right to criticize others who vent. I know you want CP to be your safe space where you can come pretend the whole world is stacked against you and you need affirmation from the anonymous voices on here of how right you are. But, it doesn’t work that way. When you act like a crybaby, sometimes you’re going to get called a crybaby.

And, the OCS and DCS jobs are different; therefore, they have different bonus structures and different opportunities to hit and exceed goal. Really simple to understand. The OCS bonus has nothing at all to do with the DCS bonus, so I’m not sure what any DCS would be crying about. Just do your job, make as much money as you can, be happy for others when they make money, and go find a new job when you’re no longer happy with the one you have. Very simple formula to not be a douchebag. Go try it.

SO agree. The puppet master poster is like totally a freak. My OCS gives us her numbers and shares everything. And they dont go everywhere where people write because they dont want to or have to. Sorry truth hurts Geppetto.
 






Ok, I came in a little hot and apologize for that but consider this: almost 50% of ozempic nbrx in Q4 of 2022 was off label, per the company’s own financials. They did bump up the target bonus for DCS, but I do agree they could pay diabetes more than they do.

They just can’t figure out how to forecast obesity and as long as there are diabetes people doing those forecasts, our sales force is going to take advantage of it.

I’m actually a little mad at how much some of my low volume counterparts in obesity are making. High volume territories are not doing as well, same as diabetes.


It’s frustrating how low volume OCS territories are rewarded. They have fingered it out. Stay low volume and.grow slow. During the expansion they supposedly equaled out potential yet there is still a huge difference in goals.

Where have you been? It’s the same formula that every company uses for every product. You’re really reaching hard for something to complain about. And, if an OCS is at 120% to goal, how exactly does that affect you and your payout?
