The board is ONLY concerned with their personal salaries and not making decisions. Who can blame them, when the shit hits the legal fan, they can all truthfully point the finger at DB.
 


















IMP, Integrated Medical Professionals is 120+ Urologists with a few other specialitys mixed in to avoid Stark Law issues.

The built there own lab and have internalized EVERYTHING to do with Urology and Gastro. they send nothing out except some Molecular which goes to local hospitals.

This is what destroyed Bostwick in NY.
 






























off the chart salaries for both physicians and technical staff has created such a high cost structure that ultimately may be their downfall......

the bottom line is that they are for sale and have been for months. most current employees are gonna get a shock when the eventual purchaser comes in and slashes those salries back in line with the industry.

good luck. its a tough spot to be in and tough to perform ur everyday job well with htis overhang.
