I've been hearing rumors that NY is next for major cuts. Any truth to that?
Thanks but NO THANKS. Had enough job hopping. It's time I live for me and my spouse instead of this damn job and this damn lab. Not letting what I have now get f***ed up over a damn job! That bullshit is for the 20 somethings!!!!
I agree. I'm not relocating either, been there done that, not doing it again! It's time I enjoy my life with my significant other and I certainly don't need BL to do that. Excellent point.... that is for the 20 somethings.
Is NY next? YES.
Totally untrue. Still hiring. Lab expanding. Doing well. The serial bitter anonymous basher is back and spreading venomous lies. No truth here. Ignore.
Totally untrue. Still hiring.
The first thing you said is the untruth! Still hiring my ass! You haven't hired anyone in forever!
Between the lawsuits, settlements, Fed infractions and soon to be MAJOR IRS problems, I think it will be a bitch slap from hell. The recession is not to blame for cutting 3/4 of the total work force, greed is. The recent RIC developements are only the tip of the massive iceberg. So, the title of the thread... NY next? Yes. Of course after it's milked the hell out of.
The plan is to pump out the volumn to get creditors of his back then the same scenario in NY as RIC to ease the massive credit burden. Fewer facilities means creditors restructure terms to accomodate revenue. So.... don't stress over a NY or FL position or the promise of higher pay. It's only temporary regardless of what DGB propaganda says. NY IS next on the chopping block after we pump out the volumn for the creditors. Remember, we heard the same pep rally about RIC!!!
Right on! Promises of more money were and is only designed as a ploy to get you to pump it out. As soon as the burden is eased on him, kiss your raise good bye! It's happened to us in the past and it WILL happen to you in the near future. NY is a goner!
NY is a goner? NY has been gone! It's hopeless.. no matter who, what or when!
Plzzz, the ONLY reason testing is moving to NY is for higher payments.....
The next OIG will be for this briliant move...
NY is soon to be history. When you're not getting the business and more is dropping almost daily it makes no difference about payments. He's chasing higher payments for what little is left. You don't get the higher payments without higher pay outs in the tax burdening state of NY. NY is tabbed to close soon. It's already in the works. You can make 70M and pay out 69M or 12M and pay out 11M, it's all the same. Less facilities means less headaches, less creditors and the same bottom line. His bad business decisions fianlly caught up to him. Closing NY soon is one of the better guided "business" decisions he has made.
