No...just from senior leadership so we don't have to see her, or listen to her. She's been stuffed in the marketing closet. Is this true? Is Kathy Kobe gone from Shire all together? I missed that memo.

Dress for Success!Grow the fuck up! That's the way many companies are going, jeans, casual, more responsibility on the employee, free form vacation(not a set amount). Get your head out of the past and your ass. THERE IS NO REASON TO DRESS UP IF YOU'RE NOT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! You can look nice in jeans
Says the corporate drone from the 80sDress for Success!
Dress for Success!
Lol, so trueWell I hope you are in a tuxedo or cocktail dress as you type this at home. Because that has about as much impact as wearing jeans at a national meeting does.
No kids, thank God. Aww "Enough already!". Did I hurt your feelings? Are you afraid that you'll feel less important bc you're not dressed up? Loser!Enough Already!!! No more blue jeans crap! If you want to wear jeans go to your kids’ soccer games!
If wearing jeans is what you are worried about, you can spend all day, every day in your jeans after you get laid off. Problem solved.
It's not business, it's a meetingsay no to jeans in business
Because I'd rather be home with family and my customers than in needless mind numbing general sessions and breakouts with you Fuckers. Why rush home to your miserable lives?
Alert: It's a business meeting!It's not business, it's a meeting
It's an exhaustive controlled environment without any free time herding us like cattle from ballroom to ballroom all while treating us like children. Back to back repetitive monotonous meetings that are mostly irrelevant stretched out over what could easily be compacted into 3 days. Coupled with bad food and snacks.Alert: It's a business meeting!
It amazes me that leaders in today's pharma still don't know how to motivate a sales team. Common sense (and past experience) should tell them that the monotonous shuttling from general session to breakout to general session to breakout has a negative impact overall. This thought that "we work hard, so lets have marathon meetings" only proves one thing........ reps will take a couple mental health days immediately following the NSM. I know I am!It's an exhaustive controlled environment without any free time herding us like cattle from ballroom to ballroom all while treating us like children. Did I leave anything out?
Why rush home to your miserable lives?
These meetings are completely miserable! We are treated like children. God forbid we get out of meetings before 5-5:30 before having to rush to some evening event. How about letting us out at say 3-3:30 to decompress, call back our messages, actually digest the info that's been thrown at us all day.Somehow the meetings are more miserable.
