NSM Las Vegas: Bed Bug Infections Update:

Well I had some symptoms and went to my doctor. Turns out I brought home a case of infectious diarrhea from the NSM. I’ll be out of work for 10 days minimum while I go through treatment.

Absolutely it’s part of our gig here, nothing better than a work spouse. We know it. I know it. Everyone knows it. We also know who is and who isn’t.

Nothing so fine as munching on a married work spouse’s magic carpet in the morning, it’s part of the thrill.
 






As a Novartis employee, I am DISGUSTED by the idiotic posts from our sales force. What kind of low lifes are we employing. If I was Vas, I would move to social media/AI marketing and eliminate all in-person sales positions!

This is one of the many reasons I trust no one at this toxic company. I actually work, my numbers are good, but sales don’t even matter much at Novartis. Self aggrandizing little boys who post dirty words on cafepharma rule this cesspool. I do my job and keep to myself.

What exactly is your job? Selling overpriced branded products that serve no added benefits over older generic medications?! Or, are you a catering specialists?! Or, even still, are you both?!
