It doesn’t matter what month it happened in, it is factual that this is what they do. Layoffs, then we have a meeting to rally the troops. This company has had sales force layoffs mainly in March, but also have done them in April, June, and October. People on here aren’t just making this up, it aligns with past behavior and they also have a high enough IQ to know there is nothing left to sell for NSBU. If your division doesn’t have money you don’t spend it on a meeting on a 10 year old drug. On a side note, did you notice that Entyvio had a live meeting to announce their Cresset winners like the old days and we got a video call. They don’t care enough about this division and can’t get rid of us fast enough.

They hold meetings a few months before. ”Don’t believe Rumors” “We need Everyone in this Room” “Tell Your Co Workers who arent on Board to Take a Cab” “Trust Us” they tell you what you want to hear keep the water warm everyone working. 60 days later you’ve trusted them, exhausted yourself, passed on several extremely attractive job offers. The holidays and two weeks vacation you’ve banked are right around the corner and Boom!
Alternate Scenario-Two days into the meeting you’ll be with your team and out of nowhere you will be assigned to one of many big rooms. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

I used to sell a narcolepsy med. And wow, talk about a snooze fest! BORING! This isn’t a common thing regardless of what they tell you. Unless it is a narcolepsy specialist, get ready to be bored off your butt! Time to join a gym, take up a class, hobby or something else to fill your days.
