We have seen 80% of reps have left, HR, marketing and training have left too. Now RMs are putting there resumes out? Do they know something the field doesnt?

RMs shopping their resumes?
If you're unhappy, leave. Nobody is forcing you to stay.I dont this these RMs can go anywhere. They are all useless. And upper management isnt around. I have never seen this much turnover at any company. And no one seems to notice. Just keep hiring and training. And more reps leave.
