Now RMs looking to leave?

We have seen 80% of reps have left, HR, marketing and training have left too. Now RMs are putting there resumes out? Do they know something the field doesnt?

You must be new. If you go back to the Onc beginning, you would know…. Very few with any tenure left. We have lost way too many good people. Why are
RMs shopping their resumes?

Lost alot of great reps. And mgrs dont do anything anyway. Not surprised when people leave, not sure why anyone stays.

So you're surprised we've lost reps in the last seven years?

I dont this these RMs can go anywhere. They are all useless. And upper management isnt around. I have never seen this much turnover at any company. And no one seems to notice. Just keep hiring and training. And more reps leave.

If you're unhappy, leave. Nobody is forcing you to stay.
