No idea how anyone can stay in this toxic environment? The people running this company in leadership rolls are running into the ground. People who couldn't add 2+2 are promoted because the unqualified leadership likes them cause they kiss there asses.

Novocure leadership is the absolute worst I have ever encountered in my 20 years in Biotech. They let go the best talent to secure their own jobs. The result is keep the boot lickers and keep your job that you have no qualifications to hold. Case in point the new CEO, she couldn't even run the CFO job. It's a sinking ship and sad to see what this company has become under stupid leadership leading Novocure off a cliff of the abyss. Too many getting too much. Close the coffin on this dead company.

Can you blame them? Analyst call Thursday was abysmal. They don’t have the aptitude to reverse course. Analysts were harping on 20 starts-thoracic thus far. When you give the keys to JM this is the outcome. Deplorable.
 








Metrics from top to bottom are a joke. Poured money all over thoracic only to have no return. Hopefully a buyout will be coming soon so a company that knows how to run things can clean house and start with a respectable corporate model and have people in place that know how to run things properly. New Indications portfolio should be priority, but the director running the portfolio has absolutely no clue what she is doing.
 








A buyout??? Hah dream on. No one will touch this company in its current state. JM needs to go! When will AC and FL realize that? She has single handedly destroyed this company. She’s stubborn, inexperienced and out of her depth.
