Standard but good selection of Rav4, Camry, Equinox. Buy-up option of Sienna minivan. DM and above have slightly different choices.

No shit…they still deserve to know the truth. The stock price is good, management doesn’t know what they are doing and the culture sucks. Coming here would be a mistake. Novo should be an absolute last resort. If you accept a position, continue looking for something else and leave.

Absolutely- NN morale is at an all time low….never seen it this bad in 15 years.

Does NNI offer any EV choices?

Haven't seen the current ordering info but last time there were several hybrid models including a plug-in Prius. At least for the field, for most a true EV might not be practical IMO. Maybe if you are in a large metro area and don't use it as much.
