I agree. PDI should hire experienced Neuo reps who can prove that they can pass this type of training. Also should look at reps who excel in complex therapeutic areas. This is not for newbies or slackers.

Think about this! Gylenia has 3 billion in sales and they are removing its sales force to sell a migraine drug. Hmmmmmmm, why would you remove a seasoned sales force from a 3 billion dollar winner and bring in a bunch old people to try to push this higher? Maybe because its going off patent in August and you just need a presence. The writing is on the wall> if you can't see it your blind. BTW salary is at $95,000 if you have MS experience but car allowance is .11 per mile for huge territories. A real rip!
