Are you kidding? How about $5.4b? This must be about a $2b premium over any other deal they had.
What did Elanco gain? Sweet deal for Novartis.
They think that they can do a better job at managing the mess they just bought. Huge expectations for synergies to make this deal worth the fortune they paid
Just left an office in South Elgin. The Elanco Rep is already pushing me out the door. Not only is she sleeping with the owner but she is now screwing me.
Making accusations and dragging the local Elanco rep through the mud is not a great strategy to keeping your job.
Elanco will not have too much need for Novartis employees. I can tell you Elancos reps are a Hugh cut above Novartis's. The culture of Novartis reps and management has not impressed me in the slightest. The last thing we need is a bunch of reps who mislead their customers by lying about competitors products as well as their own. Hopefully this merger will not hurt the integrity of this company if we do have to keep some of their employees. The manager and rep in my area are more like cheap used car salesman. No disrespect meant to used car salesman.
